Comercial Space - Currently a Dive Shop
The dive shop is a well established operation within the cenote and cave diving comunity. The dive shop is fully equipped with basic and advanced diving gear including air conditioned class room, single and double tanks.
The dive business is centered around cave diving, guiding and training as well as cenote diving and guiding. Concessions with local hotels and tour operators as well the long term customer base and highly visible image on the internet of the dive shop insure a steady stream of diving customers.
A large international customer base is part of the package to insure instant turnkey operation.
Comercial Space Options
Expansion options have been designed and built in from the beginning. If the dive shop is not desired the whole operational area of the dive shop has been designed to be easily converted into a Spa area or Yoga Center, or two more rooms giving the option to market the Hotel as a Spa or Yoga retreat.
Comercial outside area
With pleanty of space on the outside a large outdoor activity area can be created.
