Expansion oportunity and options
Expansion options and oportunities have been designed and built in from the beginning. The Hotel and property are not fully built up and can be expanded or changed.
Comercial space - If the dive shop is not desired the whole operational area of the dive shop has been designed to be easily converted into a Spa area or Yoga Center, large Palapa, or two more rooms giving the option to market the Hotel as a Spa or Yoga retreat. The empty space right next to the comercial space is ideal to be built into a Palaya or meeting hall for a Yoga or Spa retreat.
The restaurant - The restaurant is designed to be a large out for the public restaurant at the same time as a small to the inseide restaurant catering for the public and guests alike.
The property - The property is not completely built up and a large area right next to the comercial space is still available for construction for either a large Palapa for a Spa or Yoga retreat, more rooms, apartments, convention hall or comercial space.
